This notice covers PhotoChime’s introductory website. The event photo application is still in development; this website does not accept event photos or videos.

When you visit

The page does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or application cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you contact us

Email links open your own email application. If you email us, we receive your address, your message, and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss early access if you request it. Please do not include sensitive information or event guest photos.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your correspondence by emailing hello@photochime.com. We may retain information when needed for legal obligations or to handle an unresolved request.

Future product

Before the event application launches, we’ll publish information specific to its data handling, including guest uploads and gallery access.
